Link Notation causing issues

Hello,

We have just upgraded from 5.1 to 6.1.0 Sourcegear Vault Professional. We started getting the below error message when we try to edit any tikcets which has a link notation ( Ex : Item 789) in the Details section of the item afte the upgrade.

Error 500: The Server is unable to process your request, click the login button to go back to the login page

If we remove the link notation from the Details, everything seems to be working fine. We would like to get this working as we refer other items on a specific item. Could you please let us know if there is a solution to fix this issue ?

Did your server name change at all or did you move to a different server?

Yes. We moved to different server. Are we missing any configuration ?

Check your links and see if they are pointing to the old server.
