MAC Client user having problems.

Mac Client is 6.0 and our Server is 6.1.0.

I have a user that is on MAC that is suddenly having problems with the MAC client. When he attempts to Get Latest on a repository he gets an error that says Mutex is not Owned.
I had him try deleting his Cache, reinstalling Vault, rebooted and he even deleted his working folder contents.

Anything we can do?

Update to this thread. The solution was moving the working folder to a new location.
