Exception: 2100 : FailExistingDownload

Hello,

I'm trying to "Get Latest" on a project I'm working on. I'm getting some of the project files, but for others I get this error message:

An exception was encountered during the get latest operation. Exception: 2100 : FailExistingDownload

I searched and found a few posts on the issue, but nothing too helpful.

I'm a bit of a greenhorn here, so I don't really know how to proceed. Any ideas?

What version of Vault are you using?

Are using sharing machines or working folders?

Do you have a build system logging into Vault? If so, where is that build system (or systems) located?

Check your Event Viewer log on your machine. Do you have any errors there around the same time you received the Vault error?
