Command line applying label is timing out

Vault Standard 6.1.0.531

We recently upgraded from 5 to 6.1 and ever since then when our build process is labeling a certain repository it will timeout. It's not always the same branch but it has been the same repository.
Then after the timeout when it tries again I get an error sometimes saying that the label is already there.
Is there a timeout I can adjust someplace for this? Otherwise I can't error check the labeling process and won't be able to rely on it.

There is a way to change the timeout for SQL, but it might be a good idea to first take a look at the Vault log to see if there are any errors associated with the labeling.
