When trying to update a 'Query Projects' query or click on the 'next page' arrow (after a successful query), the 'busy' graphic appears but sticks on-screen, rotates forever.

Query Projects Update/Pagination Hang
Re: Query Projects Update/Pagination Hang
What version of Vault are you using?
What is your browser version?
Does it make a difference if you connect to VaultPro using the fully qualified domain name of the server and try to update the query or click "next?" Example:
http://myserver.mydomain.com/VaultPro/

Re: Query Projects Update/Pagination Hang
Issue happens using IP and FQDN for server.
Using IE7 on server, IE8 on client.
Vault Pro 6.0.1.30598

Re: Query Projects Update/Pagination Hang
I was not able to reproduce the problem you reported, but I am using Vault Pro 6.1.
The first thing I would suggest is to upgrade to VaultPro 6.1, which was released a few weeks ago. It's a free upgrade since you have Vault 6.x licences.
Users should upgrade their clients, but until they do, they can still connect to Vault Pro 6.1.
If you still experience the problem, we'll troubleshoot further.

Re: Query Projects Update/Pagination Hang
Will do, likely be in early January. Problem is not critical.
By the way, if I click the 'Home' button when it is hung I get an error 500.
Thanks !
