is it possible to display the time estimates and remaining for the work items under the vault gui client or web client ?

This is what Time Estimates look like in the Vault Client.

Are you wanting something else, like a time tracking column in a query result?

Yes I would like to have it when a query is displayed

That's a good idea.

I've logged feature request 16664 for this functionality. It will be considered for future release of Vault.
