Problem adding new user with trial licensekey

I tried the Vault 2.0.6. It worked fine, I managed to put some projects on the database. I set up a trial license key for 10 users and I cannot add new users anymore. I get error message when trying to add new user "Server was unable to process request. --> CryptoAPI cryptographic service provider (CSP) for this implementation could not be acquired."
My platform is Windows 2003 server enterprise.
Any ideas?
