Can't turn on Find in Files

I've tried turning on Find in Files on a couple of repositories, but I get an error message: An error occurred updating the Find in Files for some of the repositories. The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.

I am logged on as admin.

It looks like there may be a problem with the Vault Index Service (Find in Files) plugin connecting to the Vault Server or vice-versa.

Look in the Vault Server log in %windir%\temp\sgvault and in the vaultindexservice.txt log file in
%windir%/temp/sgvaultindex on the server machine. Send the logs zipped up to support at sourcegear.com attn: Linda. Include a link to this forum post.

I was able to turn on the service following the guide. I'm now waiting for the index to build.
