Copy rights fails and Group security not working on new user

So after creating the user (no group assignments or copying of rights), you then went to log in, correct? Is it safe to assume this user has a different name from the last user?

In the GUI client, after providing user / password, what happened next? You shuold have seen a list of repositories. Was a list of the repositories displayed? Or was the list empty as you indicated a couple of postings back?

If the repository was in the list, can you email me your server's entire sgvault.log? You can click on the email button below to send me private mail.

The user was a different name. I may have missunderstood the question earlier. The list of repositories is shown. Since we only have one, the one is selected and then the error message is generated. I will email you the log file.
