User cannot login as non-admin after upgrading to 6.0
User cannot login as non-admin after upgrading to 6.0
After upgrading to Vault 6 from 5.x on server and client, one user cannot login via the stand alone windows client. After entering their credentials and attempting to connect the error 'Only admin users can perform the requested operation' is displayed. If I put them in the global admin group, then they can connect. I tried removing them from the admin group and the error returned. As far as I know they were never set as an admin before. Any ideas?
Re: User cannot login as non-admin after upgrading to 6.0
Is the user logging into the Vault GUI client or the Vault Folder Export/Import tool?

The Vault GUI client
Re: User cannot login as non-admin after upgrading to 6.0
As far as I know, that particular error message does not exist in the Vault GUI client. You might want to take a look at which the user is starting up. The Vault Export/Import tool does install with a client, but can only be used by admin users.
If you give the user admin rights, what does their screen look like after looking in. Can you post a screenshot? (You can block out any project names you need to in the screenshot.)

Correct, sorry, they were trying to start the wrong program.
