Admin URL Incorrect

Hi SG

My Projects-At-A-Glance page (http://fortress.neoterictech.com/Fortress/Default.aspx) has the usual three links at the top with the following URLs:

Item Tracking (http://fortress.neoterictech.com/Fortress/Default.aspx)
Source Code Control (http://fortress.neoterictech.com/VaultS ... fault.aspx)
Admin (http://fortress.neoterictech.com/VaultS ... fault.aspx)

When i click on the last one my web browser says 'Page Not Found'. When I go to the http://fortress.neoterictech.com/VaultService URL then it displays the Fortress Home Page which shows the current server version and a 'Logon' link to the 'Fortress Admin Web Site'. That 'Logon' link URL (http://fortress.neoterictech.com/VaultService/Admin) does not have the 'Default.ASPX' at the end and it works so clearly the Admin link above needs to drop the 'Default.ASPX'. How do i do that? Other Fortress users in my group do not run into this problem. Their 'Admin' link works fine. What do I need to do to fix this. It has been broken for several weeks now and I am not sure how it got this way.
