VaultSoapException: 1100

Hello,

We have been using Vault Standard for several months now. Today we are receiveing the following error when trying to check out a file through Visual Studio:

VaultServiceAPILib.VaultSoapException: 1100 : FailDBFault at VaultService.VaultService.CheckOutFiles(Int32 nRepId, VaultRequestCheckOut[]& vrcoCheckoouts)

Where should I begin troubleshooting this error?

We'd like to see a copy of the Vault Server log. It's called sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine.

If you are using the Visual Studio Enhanced Client with VS, you can check to see if you have an error log. It's called VaultVsipClient(VS version).txt. The log will be in your user's temp directory.
