Item Tracking

Post by GrahamLabdon » Tue Mar 27, 2012 3:34 am

Hi
I have setup an Item tracking project and under
Admin->Item Tracking Projects->MyProject->Project Access
I have assigned a user Full Admin rights

Now when I go to the Item tracking tab and create a new Bug ID I cannot assign the user as the assignee or resolver

What am i doing wrong?

Thanks

Graham

You might need to logout and then log in again to see the new settings.

If that doesn't work, the next step is to reset IIS, to flush the server in-memory cache and load the new info from the database.

Use an "iisreset" command from the command line.

Item Tracking

Post by cwparker » Thu Mar 29, 2012 8:55 am

I'm trying to get a an ld SOS database converted to Vault Pro. I believe I have everything transfered correctly. I can access the source code with no problem, but every time I try to access a tracking item I get:

FailProjectPermissionDenied - The user does not have permission to perform that operation on the project. The user must be assigned permission. The operation has been cancelled.

How do I set that up in the administrator?

Thanks,

- Clint

We're working off line with this user.
