Installation Problems

Hi

Could anyone tell me why I am having problems installing Vault Admin?

I have installed SQL Server onto the machine Vault will sit on, then attempted to install Vault itself. It finds the SQL service fine but then errors out after issuing access to the Network Service user.

I get the error code 402. Any ideas??

Are you by any chance installing Vault on a domain controller? If so, you may try installing Vault using a custom account:

Thanks very much for your help.

It turned out that the ASP.NET service was not installed properly. Reinstalling this seemed to solve the problem so your suggestions were very helpful!
