Vault client window does not appear

Hey there, I have been using the Vault client on one of my computers for some time. Today I tried starting the client and the main application window does not appear. I can see that the VaultGUIClient.exe process is running but it is not using any CPU time and there is simply no Window being displayed.

Any ideas on how I can debug this?

One more thing: Vault integration still works from within Visual Studio. Its just the standalone client that does not work.

Vault Client: 2.0.5.2210
Vault Server: 2.0.3.2174

I'm running .NET 1.1 SP1 and Windows Server 2003 on the client.

The server is running .NET 1.1 and Windows Server 2003.

There's a bug in SP1 that causes the client to not display if the status search pane was the previously activated pane.

2.0.6 will be available later today that addresses the problem. In the meantime remove:

HKCU\Software\SourceGear\Vault\Client\Settings\FormMain

from the registry and restart the client, and avoid the status search pane until you can load 2.0.6.

I was having the same problem and I just download and installed the 2.0.6 client and it worked for me. Good work SourceGear guys!
