I have a project that contains common code that is used in multiple solutions. I include the project in each of the solutions to make debugging easier. When I add a solution that contains the common project it creates a solution folder in the repository and adds a subfolder for the common code. Since this project is used in multiple places, I'm guessing that this isn't what I want and will end up with multiple copies of my common project in Vault. Also, since the common project is the only other subproject I'd rather not have the extra solution folder either.
What is the correct or best way for me to handle this?
How to add solution with common project
Re: How to add solution with common project
There's a couple different ways to deal with this. I've attached a document showing those. Check it out and if you have any questions about it or need some other way of dealing with shared projects, just let me know.
If you can't open a .doc, just say so and I'll change it to a web page or something like that.
