We are finding quite frequently that when users check in files on their PC's that other users on other machines have to keep restarting their VaultGUI in order to see the updated file status.
Pressing F5, moving off and back onto the folder etc fails to update the GUI to show the new 'Checked In' status of the files, the only way to get them to show correctly is to restart the GUI.
Im running v2.05, Server is Win2003
GUI Client doesnt update file status
Moderator: SourceGear
Yes
Yes client and server both running 2.05
Its intermittent however, on the same folders and paths, working fine today for instance. Yesterday afternoon however even 'checking in' from inside my own GUI client didnt update the screen correctly and the files still showed as checked out until I restarted the GUI.

The 2.0.5 client has a client-side logging feature that can log the contents of all checkout lists (and checkout change lists) it receives from the server. Read this KB article for information on enabling logging. After setting "enableLogging" to "true", set "classesToLog" to "checkoutlist". Run the client until you can reproduce the problem, note the exact system time it happened, and send the log file to me (or attach it to a post here).
