SOS License allocation problem

Post by Beshoy » Mon Jun 06, 2011 11:17 am

Logging with an INVALID user consumes a license and I can see the INVALID user in the SOS user list
Is there is a way to solve this?

In your SOS Server Manager, go to the Users tab and remove the user from that tab. That will release the license from that user.

Thanks for the reply.

Is there is a way to prevent this from happening? as I mentioned the user is INVALID, so it shouldn't be in the users tab!

Sorry for the inconvenience, but there currently isn't a way to prevent a user from entering an invalid user name. I can enter a feature request if you would like.
