We had earlier reported that the .Net Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 was not compatible with Vault. The .Net 1.1 SP1 Framework appears to work without problems, and can be safely upgraded.
However, Vault is not compatible with the 2.0 Beta version of the .Net
framework, and Vault users will need to upgrade to Vault 2.0.6 or above
before updating their .Net Framework to the 2.0 version. The 2.0 version of the framework is currently in early Beta and will be released in conjuction with Visual Studio 2005.

What about the client?
So does this mean it's safe to install SP1 on the client machines, just NOT the Vault server?
