Asp.Net must be enabled? It Is!

I'm running Windows 7 (64) with VS2008 with IIS 7.5 also running on the machine. I downloaded VaultServer64_5_1_1_19215.msi but it tells me I have to enable ASP.NET. ASP.NET IS enabled or my VS web application wouldn't be running. I have .NET 2-4 on the machine so I'm a bit confused. Any suggestions?

Was .NET registered with IIS after IIS was installed? If you don't recall, you can register it with the following command at a command prompt:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis -i

After the framework is registered, try running the installer again.
