We are using VaultPro 5.1.1 and we have a couple of users who have installed IE9 and they are finding that Vault will appear to stop responding after a while and they need to close the window and re-login to Vault to get it working again. Does anyone have any thoughts about this, is it a VaultPro issue or a IE9 issue?
We don't have this issue when using IE8 or Firefox.

Can you have a user check their Vault Client Side Log for any errors? That log would be found at %temp% (C:\Users\<username>\appdata\local\temp\<sometimes a folder with a number>) and is called VaultGUIclient.txt.
