There is a command-line command SETWORKINGFOLDER you could use that should change it for the GUI client as well (http://download.sourcegear.com/misc/vau ... KINGFOLDER).

Another command you may want to check into is LISTWORKINGFOLDERS (http://download.sourcegear.com/misc/vau ... INGFOLDERS).
