Stop tracking changes on specific files

I have some files I want in the repository but I want to stop tracking them after I get the latest version. Is there a way to flag files that I do not want to appear on the "Pending Change Set" listing after I have made changes? Vault Client is 3.0.2

There currently isn't a way to stop Vault from tracking items that it holds. One thing you could do to prevent changes from being checked in on that file is to pin it.
