Permission insufficient 500.19

Post by Mansur » Mon Mar 14, 2011 7:02 am

Hi,

after installing Vault Standard 5 i should enter my License key on the Admin panel (In Browser).
But I get the Error 500.19

"Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions"
The Permission of the AppPool is: "ApplicationPoolIdentity"

Any Suggestion?

Regards,
Mansur

Hi again,

I deleted now the Website from Plesk and created in IIS an Website.

Now I got first the same error.
Then I added to the Rootdirectory of the Website The User I_User and gave Accesright.
But now I get the Error:

Code: Select all

Could not load file or assembly 'DragnetControlsLib, Version=5.1.1.19215, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
May now I am closer to the Solution!?

Is your machine a 32-bit or 64-bit machine?

The error you have can come up when the Application Pool is set to 32-bit and you install the 64-bit or vice versa.

In the IIS Manager, click on Application Pools, then VaultAppPool, then Advanced Settings. Towards the top is a setting called Enable 32-bit. Flip that to the opposite of what it is now, and save the changes. The try the website again.
