Hi,
after installing Vault Standard 5 i should enter my License key on the Admin panel (In Browser).
But I get the Error 500.19
"Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions"
The Permission of the AppPool is: "ApplicationPoolIdentity"
Any Suggestion?

Is your machine a 32-bit or 64-bit machine?
The error you have can come up when the Application Pool is set to 32-bit and you install the 64-bit or vice versa.
In the IIS Manager, click on Application Pools, then VaultAppPool, then Advanced Settings. Towards the top is a setting called Enable 32-bit. Flip that to the opposite of what it is now, and save the changes. The try the website again.
