Here's how to reproduce:
1. Open new bug item in Vault Pro.
2. Add a screenshot attachment from clipboard (using the Snipping tool).
3. Complete and save.
4. Reopen CR and no attachment is found.

I couldn't reproduce this. I don't have the Snipping Tool, but I used "Alt-Print Screen" to do a screen capture and then added that from the clipboard in Vault Pro Client.
Did you click "Save" on the work item after you'd added the image?

I'm not sure what you mean by "CR." Maybe I'm doing something different that you are.

It appears that this is happening randomly since I cannot reproduce it now. I save the bug after I've attached the screenshot. I'll let you know if I am able to reproduce it again.
