Vault Installation

Installing for 4 licenses on win server 2003. Asking for serial number but won't accept any serial number I put in there. Since this is a per user license, I'm not sure what it wants or why? What is required here?

The serial number you sent in your email to Support appeared to be a VMware license number. I've sent you your VaultPro Serial Number.
