Feature request, build login user rights

Not to sure if this is an existing request, if so then please add our vote.

It would be great if there was a way to not have to give a username, our build user, full rights to a branch to be able to Label. We have a very restrictive security setup and this is a security hole.
I guess if you could either separate out the Label rights, create a special build process username. Separating out Label rights would probably be the most useful as that would allow everyone to selectively add additional rights as well as not allowing everyone to label if needed.
Anyway, this would be a very useful thing.
