Get to login page and enter credentials and the login page redisplays without any message.

Are other users able to login to the web client?

What browser and version of that browser are you using?

What URL do you start with and what URL does it end with?

Do you have Javascript enabled?

Is the website added to trusted sites in your browser?

[quote="Beth"]Are other users able to login to the web client?
single user, so no.

What browser and version of that browser are you using?
Using IE 8.

What URL do you start with and what URL does it end with?
Start with URL: http://development_com/VaultService/VaultWeb/Login.aspx
End URL: http://development_com/VaultService/VaultWeb/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fVaultService%2fVaultWeb%2fDefault.aspx

Do you have Javascript enabled?
Script is enabled.

Is the website added to trusted sites in your browser?
Add to trusted sites as well to no avail.

Added Chrome browser, was able to login without issue. Must be some IE 8 config issue that is the culprit.

Thanks for asking the right questions, it got me to try another browser.

Check to see if you have cookies blocked in IE. That would cause this behavior.
