Upgrade from Fortress 1.1 to Vault 5

We are currently running Fortress 1.1 and thinking about moving to Visual Studio 2010
Since we don't use the features in Fortress, we only want to upgrade to Vault 5

Is it possible to upgrade without losing our history ?
