I know this is a stupid question, but can Vault integrate into the Visual C# .NET Standard IDE?

Yes, Vault is meant to work on Visual Studio IDEs that support integration. I'm not sure whether Standard support integration or not.
Go to the Vault GUI client, Tools->Options, and make sure the "Make vault the default scc provider" checkbox is checked. If it is, and you've re-invoked VS, it should show up if it is supported.

I just checked -- apparently the "Standard" editions of the Visual Studio language products do not support source control integration:JohnWSaunders3 wrote:Yes, I've got the checkbox checked. No, I don't have integration showing u p.
