Visual Studio 2010 Support

Is Fortress/Vault supported in the Visual Studio 2010 IDE? Are there any known issues users should be aware of?

Yes, it's supported.

One issue that's been reported is that for web projects, source control icons or glyphs only appear on the solution file and not other files in the project. We hope to fix this in a maintenance release.

The missing icons in the solution tree view of Visual Studio 2010 are now a critical issue for us. We rely on that visual cue to find if we are dealing with renegade files or simply as the fastest way to determine if we are online or offline.

Without those icons I already had my developers spend unecessary time fixing errors which could have been easily avoided simply by having a patch for the icon issue.

Has this been fixed and can we have a patch for this fix ?

It hasn't been fixed yet, but our developers are working on it. We are planning a maintenance release to address this and other VS 2010 integration bugs that have cropped up.
