Unable to rename folder in Fortress 2.x

After upgrading from Fortress 1.x to the latest release, I'm trying to rename a folder to shorten the name. There are no files checked out within the folder or its children. Upon renaming the folder, I get an error in the Fortress client (same version client as the server) of "A database error has occured (FailDBReader)". I have been able to rename other folders at the same level in the hierarchy since the upgrade, so appears to be an issue with this one.

Any ideas?

We'd like to see a copy of the Vault Server log. It's called sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine.
