Hi, Thanks for this software
I press CTRL+A (Select All) while the windows/diff is still loading (Windows is still empty without contents, line number and source file location) like the screenshot below will crash DiffMerge.
Pressing CTRL+A after loading is fine.
Im on Windows 7
DiffMerge 3.3.0 (18513)
Thanks.
BUG - Crash when select all

Re: BUG - Crash when select all
I wasn't able to reproduce this because my files loaded so quickly that I didn't have the chance to finish pressing CTRL+A.
Are you diffing very large files?
Could you give me specific steps to reproduce this?

Re: BUG - Crash when select all
Not a large file...
but I do directory compare to compare difference files within 2 directories.
Then double-clicking the differences files, windows will load for a few miliseconds and before it loads, I pressed CTRL+A. It crashes.

Edit:
(Sorry for double-post)
I think this can only be reproduced by some OS version. I have sensitive windows that will crash even if it small bugs in our application (eg. accessing invalid memory pointer - don't remember)...
Here I created dump files by using Windows Task Manager, hope it will helps you analyze the problem.
