Hi,
We have 2 instances of ServiceMgr.exe one configured for 75 users and the other configured for 105 users. The working exe is that with 75 users. I tried to use the serial numbers from this with 105 users to this one with 75 users (just added these numbers). The I was not able to restart the SoS services.
In the log file got this:

You may have two different versions of the SOS Server. Older versions of the SOS license don't work in newer servers. The version information should be in the Server Manager under System Info or in the log file.

Yes, I realized that later. The issue was resolved.
