We can login to the database. But all users have the problem that they are not able to see all the files in that database and get a operation failed message when updating from list. We have been using this database for a year, nothing has been changed. It suddenly didn’t work anymore. We tried
1. refresh the tree – it didn’t work
2. restart of service and the server – it didn’t work
3. ran analyze on vss , first time fixed error and then no error being found from the second ran – it didn’t fix operation failed issue
could you please suggest what else we can do to fix the problem?
we can connect to other databases running on the same server from the same client without any problem.
client version is 3.5.2
