I have used Vault to join souce control for a VFP9 project without a problem. Recently, I reboot the computer while the project was open, I am having a problem with interactive source control, "Vault". Every time I tried to open the project, I get the message: "An unspecified registry error occurred". I tried uninstalling and reintalling the Vault and VFP9 in the computer, and I still have the same problem. However, I can open any other projects that are not join to Vault. If anyone has any sugguestion, I will be deeply appreciated.

Re: Registry error while opening VFP9 project
We don't support integration with Visual Fox Pro, so we're not sure what the problem might be. Have you checked the Event Viewer for errors?
Can you run the standalone Vault Client?
Is Vault listed as your source control provider under this registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SourceCodeControlProvider

Re: Registry error while opening VFP9 project
In the Event Viewer, the description for the error shows "Faulting application vfp9.exe, version 9.0.0.3504, stamp 436c14ff, faulting module vaultide.dll, version 4.1.4.18402, stamp 4926e0f5, debug? 0, fault address 0x00006a0a."
Yes. I can run the standalone Vault Client.
Vault is listed under the registry folder "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SourceCodeControlProvider\InstalledSCCProviders", it shows SourceGear Vault VS2003 Compatible Client (under Name), REG_SZ(under TYPE), and SOFTWARE\SouceGear\Vault Client (under Data).
Thank you.

Re: Registry error while opening VFP9 project
Something you could try is deleting the client-side cache, as it may be out of sync with the database. Close any open clients first. I'd suggest renaming the Vault_1 folder as a quick way to see if the cache is the problem.
