We have a repository which has been renamed, removing the space from its original name (e.g. 'My Rep' changed to 'MyRep').
When using DeployWizard V4.1.4.18402 to generate an XML file (to later by the command line Deploy tool), the XML file node <Repository> incorrectly shows the original repository name. Running Deploy.exe VV4.1.4.18402 against this XML file then crashes with an:
'Unhandled Exception: VaultClientIntegrationLib.UsageException: Repository My Rep not found at VaultClientIntegrationLib.ServerOperations.setRepository(String repositoryName)...
Hope this helps. It would seem that DeployWizard is not pulling the latest repository name from the Vault DB.

You can also edit the XML to put the correct repository name in.
