Insufficient permissions for setting the configuration...

When trying to log in to the Vault Client, I am getting the following error message: Insufficient permissions for setting the configuration section 'defaultProxy'.

Somehow I lost some information recently, and I cannot figure out what I am missing so I can log into the client. I can connect via the internet just fine, but the client is giving me grief. Any help anyone can lend me in this issue would be greatly appreciated.

What's your information from you Help-> Technical support dialog?

Also, can you connect from another machine with the client?
