Disable VS.NET Source Control

Post by Tom » Tue Jul 13, 2004 12:40 pm

Hi all,

I decided to completely rebuild (uninstall/reinstall) a vault database for many reasons; there was only a single project in there at the time, and I had it under source control within VS.NET.

I'm looking to remove VS.NET integration entirely; Is there an easy way to do this? It keeps trying to go to vault to sync up, and giving a status of invalid.

Ultimately what I'd like to do is manage checkin/checkout directly from the Vault GUI tool. Not exactly a Vault issue, but hoping someone can help turn off source control from VS.NET...

UPDATE: Got it worked out.

For some reason the initial "unbind" was not working. After going into the project, then to the Source Control menu, I was able to unbind it again. This time it seemed to work
