2 of our clients have received this error in the past few days, and we would appreciate some assistance in finding a cause.
The full message is:
Item $/trunk/shared/Databases/UPGRADEPROGRAMS/UpgradeProgram/updates.FPT caused the transaction to fail: An error occured during checkin (FailFileInvalidCheckSum).
And we are using Vault 2.0.3.
There isn't much else I can say about this, but I am sure I can answer any questions about it.
Regards,
Chris.

I'm sorry that this is a good news / bad news situation.
The bad news is that you probably have a corrupt baseline file, you will need to use the client diagnostics tool to find it and correct it.

The good news is that in version 2.0.4, this will be automatically detected and corrected when a checkin fails with that error code.
