Hello
I have just updated my SourceOffSite client to version 4.2 and I'm experiencing some problems with the compression. When I bring down a large XML file, it gets corrupted when the compression for data transfers is turned on. Everything works fine with compression turned off.
All of my colleagues are using version 4.2 and they are not experiencing any problems. Could it be a setting on my machine that is causing this?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Best regards

Are you using encryption to connect to the SOS Server?

No, we don't use encryption because we use VPN. But that applies to all of us in my company, but only I'm experiencing problems.
Re: Problems with compression on the client
I checked with our developers -- there are some known issues with large files and the current compression. This will be fixed in SOS 5.0, due out later this year. In the meantime, we suggest turning off compression when you're working with large files.
