Deleted Files Reappear

I have an issue with deleted files reappearing. We have a two developer environment using visual studio 2005 ide. If i delete a file from withing VS IDE it will return the next time I get the latest version (which is the setting in VS IDE...get latest version on open).

First I'd suggest upgrading to Vault 4.1.4, our latest release.

Check this forum post that deals with a similar issue -- do any of the suggestions help?

Is the upgrade a full reinstall like last time? I'm really at odds with Vault. It worked great until I added another user.

To upgrade, run the 4.1.4 installers over the existing installation.

Another thing to check, if deleted files keep re-appearing -- is the delete transaction still in the pending change set? It's possible the delete wasn't committed.
