Folder Missing From Project

Hi Folks

I am missing a sub-folder in a website that is being controlled through Fortress source control.

1) The folder and all of its files appears when I login to the web client. From here I can access and view the file contents
2) The folder is not present when I login to my Fortress Windows client
3) The folder is not present when I login to my Visual Studio solution
4) The folder is not present on my hard drive despite numerous Get Latest attempts
5) The folder is present for everyone else on my team in both the Windows client and their solutions

A quick solution would be to create a new folder and its files then copy and paste the info from the web client but I'm concerned about what else is not coming accross.

This is the second time I've had this problem with an object (the last time it was 2 individual files instead of a folder). I've cleared my cache and this has not helped.

Any thoughts?

Which directions did you use for clearing your cache?

Are any errors happening?
