Hi, I have trouble about Visual Studio 2008 integrate with Sourcegear Vault.
I have Visual Studio 2008 integrate with Sourcegear Vault 4.1.2, and they are working well in my computer, I use "SourceGear Vault Visual Studio Enhanced Client". Today I install Visual Studio 2008, but in the Tool/Option/SourceControl I can not find the "SourceGear Vault Visual Studio Enhanced Client", only can find the "SourceGear Vault Classic Client", so I can not open my VS2008 solution projects.
How can I solute the trouble? I don't want to reinstall my vault or vs2008. Please help.
I cannot find the visual studio enhanced client

Did you install VS 2008 after Vault or before Vault? Vault needs to be installed after VS 2008 so that it can write to the VS registry keys listing itself as an SCC provider.

Re: I cannot find the visual studio enhanced client
Yes, I install VS2008 after Vault 4.1.2. I try to repair the Vault, then it works.
So, repair Vault is a solute method, but it is boring that you should restart your computer. Is it any other easy method to solute this problem?

Any other way of fixing this would be harder and involve digging around in the registry.

Re: I cannot find the visual studio enhanced client
can it make a register script file? so to fix this problem only to double click the file.
Re: I cannot find the visual studio enhanced client
I can put in a feature request for that kind of functionality.
