Hi,
One of my user's SOS 3.5.3 client hangs when starting, before the "Sourceoffsite - Login to ...." dialog even shows up. It just shows the hourglass when he hovers over the window. He's even left it like that for half an hour to see if maybe it wasn't a timeout to the server or somesuch.
We've attempted the following (without succes) already:
- Leaving it to its own devices for half an hour
- clearing the "server" folder
- moving the key file
- uninstall/reboot/reinstall of the client
Nothing has worked, the result remains the same, the client permanently hangs when starting.
Could a windows update be the culprit?
All suggestions are welcome.

What OS do you have the SOS 3.5.3 client installed on?
Could you look in your Event Viewer around the time that you tried opening SOS to see if any errors or warnings were logged?
