indicated remote version not latest in repository

Hi,

We are having a strange problem here. There is a file in the repository which is at version 17. However on a couple of the workstations Vault is reporting the file as remote version of 12 and 16 respectively. However if on those machines I do a show history it correctly displays all the versions up to 17. If I then do a get from the history list of ver 17 I do get it, and then Vault indicates a local status of 17 and remote of 12 with status or "More Recent".

We have upgraded to 2.0.3, how to we resolve this?

Thanks
thom

Which version of Vault did you originally start using?

What version of Vault did you upgrade from?

Did you experience any timeouts during the upgrade?

I upgraded from 2.0.2 but the problem existed with that version also, in fact that is why I tried upgrading.

And no, no timeouts.

Forgot to answer this question, I think we originally started from 2.0.1, but I am not 100% sure.

There were some issues with upgrades from 1.x. Vault 2.0 was released in Feb. 2004, so if you purchased before then, you may have had version 1.x.

Email me at linda@sourcegear.com and we'll get this sorted out. The fix depends on which version you originally had.
