The wait completed due to an abandoned mutex

We recently upgraded to Vault 4.1.4, and intermittently come across this error "The wait completed due to an abandoned mutex." when retreiving repository structure. Any reason this is happening or is there a setting that needs to be changed? -M.Uppal.

Have all the clients and the server upgraded to Vault 4.1.4? Could you reboot the computer and see if it will happening again?

What version of Vault are you using?

Recently users are complaining of receiving error message: The wait completed due to an abandoned mutex
Vault Version 7.2.1.265

What does this mean?
What action should be taken at client side, server side?
