Thread Thread-2 is trying to disconnect - idling the thread

After a person logged out this is what entered into the log file. It is not disconnecting. After you get this in the log, you've to restart SOS Server for people to start connecting again. It happens to only the Wan users. All our Lan users, when they logout it disconnects (enters the disconnected information into the log file) properly.

Anyone has these problems?

Server : Windows 2000
Client : Windows XP
SOS Version: 3.5.3

I don't think this would be specific to which users were connected. But it does sound like a problem with the threading model used by VSS. See if this KB article solves the problem:
