Unable to login to VAult Service from PlugIn

When did you upgrade?
Did it start having problems immediately after the upgrade?
What is the error or in what way is it "broken?"

What happens if you try to reach the following URLs in a browser:
http://<your vault server>/vaultservice
and
http://<your vault server>/vaultservice/vaultservice.asmx?

Could you post screenshots of the browser if it returns an error on one or both of those?
