Moving vault to a new server

What are the steps involved to move our copy of vault from one server to another, currently I am running 4.1.0 (16216) on Sql server 2005/Windows 2003 and I want to move it over to a new server and was wondering what the steps were to do this and not be down for too long.

Basically, you backup the database, restore it to the new SQL Server machine, then install Vault, pointing it to the database location.
